Dean J. Siotos
Dean J. Siotos is a trial and appellate lawyer with thirty years of extensive experience, having managed hundreds of cases with successful results. Dean represents individuals and businesses in a wide range of disputes involving title and other real estate matters, high-exposure fatality and other personal injury matters, including commercial trucking and other transportation incidents, negligence, construction defect, product liability, professional liability, as well as commercial disputes. He has litigated across a wide spectrum of practice areas, including construction litigation, consumer law, employment disputes, real estate litigation and personal injury, at all stages of trial and appeal.
Dean obtained his Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law. His early practice included serving clients as a solo attorney, allowing him to garner useful expertise in various civil, family, bankruptcy and criminal defense matters. In addition to his wide-ranging litigation experience, Dean is also well versed in mediation and
arbitration, having completed mediation training at the South Plains Association of Governments.
Prior to joining Irelan | Stephens, PLLC, Dean was a partner at Resnick & Louis, opening the firm’s initial Texas office, and managing well over one hundred seventy-five cases. Dean recognizes the value of developing strong client relationships and maintaining personal involvement in the case, from inception to disposition, and strives to provide the necessary information and analysis to empower the client to determine the most favorable, efficient and economical litigation strategy. Dean’s extensive experience additionally enables him to discern those circumstances in which a coordinated strategy, among several parties to the litigation, best serves the client’s interest, and Dean effectively collaborates with other counsel to achieve the desired result. Dean’s practical
approach to litigation resulted in the ALM/Verdict Search top Texas construction defense verdict for 2015. Additionally, while Dean was a partner at the Willis Law Group, he was an integral part of the litigation team that successfully defended a commercial trucking matter, obtaining a no-liability verdict in a fatality case where Plaintiffs sought damages of approximately $135,000.000.00.
