Noah Meek

Senior Counsel

Noah Meek is a seasoned civil litigator and transactional attorney with a decade of experience representing individuals, businesses, and professionals in a broad range of legal matters. A proud native Texan, Mr. Meek has been licensed to practice law in both Texas and Oklahoma since 2014, and has built a reputation for delivering strategic, results-driven counsel across multiple jurisdictions.

Throughout his career, Mr. Meek has successfully litigated cases in state and federal courts throughout Texas, as well as in Colorado and Arkansas. He has also appeared before the Texas State Office of Administrative Hearings (SOAH) and has represented clients in binding arbitration before the American Arbitration Association (AAA). His litigation experience spans complex commercial disputes, high-exposure medical malpractice defense, and matters involving oil and gas, real estate, and contractual conflicts.

In addition to his trial and appellate work, Mr. Meek maintains a robust transactional practice, advising clients on business formations, corporate governance, asset purchases, contract negotiations, and real estate transactions. His understanding of both litigation and transactional dynamics allows him to proactively mitigate legal risks while advancing his clients’ business objectives.
